What kinds of artists or businesses do you usually work with?
We specialize in working with musicians, bands, and music-related brands — but we’re open to all creative clients. If you’ve got a story to tell or a vibe to capture, we’re here for it.
How far in advance should I book a shoot or project?
Ideally, 2–4 weeks in advance is perfect — especially for larger projects or video shoots. But if you’re in a pinch, reach out! We’ll do our best to fit you in.
Do you travel for shoots or work with clients outside your city?
Yes! We’re based in Barrie, Ontario, but we’re open to travel depending on the project. Just let us know where you’re located and we’ll figure out the logistics.
What’s the process for starting a custom project with you?
It starts with a quick discovery chat to get a feel for your goals. From there, we’ll build a plan, send over a quote, and get to work. Every project is personalized, so no cookie-cutter stuff here.
Do you offer revisions on edits? If so, how many?
Yes — your satisfaction matters. All projects come with 1–2 rounds of revisions included, depending on the scope. Need more? No problem — we’ll work with you to make it right.
Creative Services
What’s included in a standard photo or video shoot?
Each shoot includes planning support, a set amount of shooting time, professionally edited final images or footage, and a delivery gallery or download link. We’ll go over everything in detail before we shoot so you know exactly what’s included.
Do you help with creative direction or concepts for shoots?
Definitely. We love brainstorming unique ideas and visual styles. Whether you’ve got a loose idea or a fully-formed vision, we’ll help shape it into a concept that works both artistically and logistically.
How do I prepare for a shoot with you?
Once you’re booked, we’ll send over prep tips and a checklist. Think outfit choices, props, set ideas, and shot lists. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll help guide you — it’s all part of the process.
What happens if it rains or the weather ruins our outdoor shoot?
We always plan with weather in mind. If the weather’s bad, we can reschedule, pivot to an indoor location, or adapt the concept creatively. You won’t be left in the rain — literally or figuratively.
Do you offer merch photography or product shots?
Yes we do! Whether it’s tees, vinyl, posters, or gear — we shoot clean, bold product photos that show off your merch in the best light. Perfect for online stores, drops, or promo campaigns.

What kind of equipment do you use for photo and video work?
We shoot with a Canon M50 mirrorless camera, paired with a variety of lenses including:

EF-M 15–45mm

EF-S 55–250mm IS STM
— plus Viltrox lens adapters for creative flexibility. multiple Samsung smartphones (S24 Ultra, S10+) for mobile content and Behind the scenes, a phone gimbal, tripods, and custom lens filters (like kaleidoscope, halo, and starlight) to create dreamy, vintage-inspired visuals. For lighting, we use RGB hooded lights, floor lights, and even fog machines and projectors for stylized shoots.
As we continue to grow, we plan on upgrading and acquiring new equipment to better achieve your vision.

What’s the typical turnaround time for photos or edited videos?
Photos are usually ready within 3–7 days. Videos take a bit longer — usually 1–2 weeks depending on the scope. We always aim to deliver fast without sacrificing quality.
Can I use the photos and videos on all my social platforms?
Absolutely! All media we create for you is fully licensed for use across your social channels, websites, streaming profiles, and more. Want help optimizing content for each platform? We’ve got you covered.
Can I be involved in the editing or creative direction process?
For Sure! We’re big on collaboration. You’ll have input throughout the process — from vibe boards to final edits — to make sure the final product feels like you.

Do you offer bundled packages for photo, video, and content marketing?

What’s your pricing like, and do you offer custom quotes?
Our pricing is flexible and based on the scope of each project. We offer upfront quotes and custom packages so you’re never hit with surprise costs. Let’s talk about what works for you.
Can you build my website and help me update it later?
For sure. We offer everything from one-page sites to full artist hubs. And once it’s live, we’re here for updates, tweaks, and new content. Think of it as an ongoing partnership, not a one-and-done.
How do your NFC stickers and cards work, and how do I use them?
Our NFC tools are tap-and-go — just place a sticker or card on your merch, gear, or table and fans can tap with their phone to open your latest track, video, or link. No apps, no QR codes. We’ll program everything for you.
What’s the difference between NFC stickers, cards, and tags?
All three work the same — tap to connect — but they come in different formats:
Tags are durable and reusable, great for gear bags or venues.
Stickers are perfect for merch, vinyl, gear, or promo materials.
Cards are great for networking or artist handouts.
We program each to link to whatever you need: your site, song, store, etc.
